Ghanapropertybase.com is designed to be the Ghanaian #1 website dedicated to reality, where people (individuals, companies) will come and post listing, whether they have a property to sell, rent, or want to buy, rent.

Ghanapropertybase.com is actually hosted on a dedicated server in UK, and is supposed to be given in the next days a dedicated IP. Hosting package includes: 1 GB of disk space, 50 GB of data transfer / month, unlimited email accounts, unlimited sub-domains, 50 MySQL databases...

3. Front-end [visitors]

Ghanapropertybase.com is designed to help visitors know where and who has what they need to buy from the comfort of their offices or home. Visitors will be able to browse property categories quickly with a real-time statistics feature. For security reasons (spamming, hacking, phishing ...), users emails are not visible for visitors; they have to fill a small form in order to contact a listing owner by email. Visitors will be able to recommend the whole site to their friends, or just a single listing.

The website also gives room to those who have and own properties to advertise their property. It could be for rent, lease, and sale.

4. Middle-end [User control panel]

To add, update or delete listings, visitor will be required a quick registration. An automatic mail is sent to him containing his/her login details.

When logged in, users can:
- add listing (+ up to 4 pictures)
- update their listing
- hide a listing
- delete their own listing
- update their profile (change password for example)

5. Back-end [Admin control panel]

By default, we have set up only one supreme admin, but other admins can be created. The admin has the ability to take total control of the whole website.

When logged in, admin can:
- disable/activate users' accounts (very useful if he want to charge users before adding listing)
- delete users
- send quickly an email to a particular user
- send email to all the users in one click (just like a newsletter)
- messages sent are stored in database for further use
- update adverts...

To get the administrator login for demo, you have to bid first.

6. Security & Usability

As many people like testing websites, we have secured as high as possible, the most important sections of the site. Forms are controlled by JavaScript with AJAX capacities. To avoid spamming and hacking, user’s emails addresses are stored in a database and hidden from visitors and potential hackers.

For the maintenance of the site, ghanapropertybase.com is fully template and CSS based. It comes with 2 CSS files, one implementing the design, and the second one for the content (colours, fonts...).
Every single important code / function is commented. All this makes the site very easy to update by any other designer.
